November Community Breathwork: From the Human Heart to the Diamond Heart

As we journey through the transformative waters of Scorpio, we explore its three sacred symbols of evolution: the Scorpion, Eagle, and Phoenix—representing our instinctual nature, awakening consciousness, and ultimate transformation and rebirth.
These archetypes mirror our journey from the Human Heart, where love is often entangled with fear, attachment, grief, and control, into the Diamond Heart, the sacred center of unconditional love, trust, surrender, and divine connection.
Through Mythos-Somatic Breathwork, guided meditation, and sound, we will explore the emotional patterns held within the body, release what no longer serves us, and awaken a deeper capacity to love without fear.
The invitation is not to escape our humanity, but to embrace it so fully that love becomes our guiding force.

A 3-month live journey through The Mythic Reset book and workbook—lessons, mythology, meditation and breathwork shared in an intimate circle of women.
Over three months, we’ll move through the lessons and mythologies of The Mythic Reset, exploring the nervous system, inner child, shadow, attachment, boundaries, pleasure and the feminine archetypes that illuminate different parts of who we are. The companion workbook takes us deeper through reflection and integration, helping us recognize the patterns we’ve carried and begin making different choices from a more conscious, embodied place.
