Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is held exclusively for you, and preparing for our work together — especially the deeper sessions — takes care and dedicated space. Out of respect for that time, and for the clients on my waitlist, I ask that you honor the following:

Cancellations & Rescheduling 

For most sessions, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.

For Regression Hypnosis sessions, because of the extended time and preparation they require, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

 If you miss an appointment or cancel with less than the required notice:

• The first time, you'll be charged half the session fee.

• After that, missed or late-cancelled appointments are charged the full session fee.

Our work together. 

This work asks for presence and commitment from both of us. If more than two sessions are missed, I may gently suggest that the timing isn't right — and we can revisit working together when you're able to fully show up for yourself. It's an honoring of the depth this work requires.
