Welcome to LIATI Institute Teacher Training
At LIATI Institute, we train practitioners to guide Mythos Somatic Healing™ — the art of helping a person reclaim, remember, and embody their essence again. Nothing in us is broken; it is only covered over by life’s challenges.
There is one personal foundational pathway, and two pathways to professional certification: Somatic Breathwork Facilitator and Energy Medicine Practitioner. New professional cohorts begin each January, with completion at an in-person immersion each year.
You learn the method — then a craft of your own practice, carrying it to the people you’re meant to serve.
First you feel the call. Next you experience your own homecoming. Then you learn to guide others.

Everyone begins with Foundations — open now, at your own pace. From there, train professionally in breath, energy, or both, starting each January.
LEVEL 1 · PERSONAL · PREREQUISITE
Mythos Somatic Foundations
The backbone of the whole method: selected Goddess School teachings on meditation, breathwork, trauma healing, and childhood armoring — plus two breathwork styles and basic energy work for yourself and your family. A personal certificate to hold space for those you love — and the prerequisite for both professional tracks. Start anytime.
Each month, a live welcome call with Jenny to orient you and meet the community. Private mentoring can be added at checkout.

Somatic Breathwork Practitioner
Trauma-informed, nervous-system coherence work. Learn to facilitate five distinct breath styles and the signature Mythos Somatic Journeys, guide with hypnotic meditation, hold group space safely, and practice ethically — the skills to build a real breathwork practice.

Energy Medicine Practitioner
Subtle-body field therapy, meridian acupressure, quantum field work, and sound healing — woven with the deeper soul layer of incarnation patterns, karmic contracts, and psychic hygiene. Reiki I, II & III attunements included.

Next Training is 2028
The next chapter is being written — literally.
Professional certification is on pause while I finish and publish the LIATI textbooks — so it can be taught to the highest standard. This is the groundwork that makes everything after it stronger.
Certification returns in January 2028. Until then, begin where the door is already open — the Goddess School collections and books are available. Our Mythos Somatic Foundations class returns in October — join the waitlist for professional tracks so you're first to know when cohorts reopen.

Whether you’re here for Level 1 Foundations or a full professional track, the coursework is yours to move through at your own pace — the science and the soul of the work: neurobiology, the biochemistry of breath, energy physiology, the four lenses of trauma, and the Mythos Somatic method for helping yourself, and your clients thrive.

Private mentorship, personal attention

As a professional student, you receive four private mentorship calls with Jenny across your training — usually one every four to six weeks, schedule dependent. As the in-person week draws closer, the cohort also gathers virtually to prepare together.

The in-person immersion

Certification is completed at a live intensive each year — hands-on facilitation, assessment, attunements, and deep integration in the field. Held in a setting chosen for the work: sometimes close to home, sometimes further afield. Location and dates announced to each cohort. Where trained becomes certified.
